Contacting teachers by e-mail
Please find below a copy of all the e-mail addresses for the teachers and the policy for the use of these.
Parent/teacher E-mail Policy:
2. E-mails to teachers will be responded to within 48 hours:
Please be aware that sometimes an e-mail might go into junk and therefore could be missed. If you fail to get a response please send a copy to the office.
3.Those using the school’s e-mail services are expected to do so responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws, policies and procedures, and with normal standards of professional and personal courtesy and conduct.
4. All forms of chain mail are unacceptable and the transmission of user names, passwords or other information related to the security of the school's computers is not permitted.
5. The school follows sound professional practices to secure email records, data and system programmes under its control. As with standard paper based mail systems, confidentiality of email cannot be 100% assured. Consequently users should consider the risks when transmitting highly confidential or sensitive information and use the appropriate level of security measure – this may mean password protecting a document.
6. Care should be taken about the content of an email as it has the same standing as a memo or letter and could result in the sender being sued for libel.
Please continue to report all absence to the school office or phone the office if a message is urgent. Thank email@example.com Tel: 01026 578080
